Fletcher Neeley
Fletcher Neeley is a sixth generation native of Colorado as well as a graduate of Denver East HS and Colorado College. He is also an honorably discharged veteran of the US Army and Army Reserve. He was based at Ft. Bliss, Texas with the First United States Army, at Ft. Carson with the 282nd Engineers and at Fitzsimons Reserve Center with the 349th Psychological Operations Company (Airborne). After briefly attending DU Law School he obtained his real estate license in 2002 and has concentrated mainly on multi-family and office sectors.
Karen Christiansen
M. Karen Christiansen grew up in South Denver attending South High School and University of Denver Lamont School of Music. Learning the business from her parents she has been a pioneering success story in multi-family investment since the 1970's. She is now semi-retired and enjoys spending time with her grand children. She is also very active in the Central City Opera Guild and the James Joyce Symposium of Denver.
